Cooling tower dedicated fiberglass fans are manufactured using advanced technology. The blades are made of epoxy fiberglass, using a hollow structure airfoil design with foamed plastic filling. Because fan air output efficiency is mainly concentrated in the outer edge, the airfoil blades have a larger working surface. Under the same conditions, the efficiency and air volume of the fan are larger, and the same air volume and efficiency can use a smaller fan diameter. The airfoil streamlined design completely overcomes the drawbacks of aluminum plate blades producing vortices, high noise, and high power consumption. The special manufacturing process and strict balance correction ensure the long-term stability of product performance. The high-quality epoxy fiberglass material ensures the product's corrosion resistance. The special curing molding process ensures the mechanical strength of the product, making it more suitable for various harsh working environments. This machine can be used not only for new cooling towers but also for old cooling towers, making it highly versatile.

The exposed fasteners are all made of stainless steel or zinc-plated, comparable to imported products.
The cooling tower fan is mainly composed of a motor, connecting shaft, reducer, hub, blades, oil level gauge, etc. The components are introduced below:
1, Motor:
This series of cooling tower fans are equipped with Y-series motors, with a rated voltage of 380V and a working frequency of 50Hz. If users need other types of motors, they can be specified when ordering.
2, Connector:
The connecting shaft consists of two half couplings and a transmission shaft. The half couplings and the transmission shaft are connected by elastic sleeve pins. This structure is not only easy to disassemble but also has stable transmission, corrosion resistance, and the function of compensating for axial displacement, improving shaft stiffness, and reducing vibration. The transmission shaft is subjected to a dynamic balance test to ensure that the balance accuracy meets the requirements.
3, Reducer:
This reducer is a two-stage gear transmission. The first stage is a pair of spiral bevel gears, and the second stage is a pair of helical cylindrical gears. The gear material is 20CrMnTi, which has high corrosion resistance and impact resistance after carburizing heat treatment. The input shaft end of the reducer uses a double-frame seal structure, and the output shaft end uses a labyrinth seal. The sealing surfaces are reliably sealed. This reducer has the characteristics of small vibration, low noise, and stable operation.
4, Hub:
The hub has high strength. Its outer surface is treated with zinc plating for corrosion protection, and it can be used for a long time in various corrosive gases and water vapor environments. The hub is connected to the reducer using a tapered sleeve, which has a good centering effect. This structure has a large blade adjustment angle range, accurate positioning, and convenient installation and maintenance.
5, Blades:
The shape of the blades adopts internationally advanced airfoil design, with good aerodynamic performance and high efficiency. The blades are made of high-strength fiberglass by molding, with the advantages of high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, and convenient installation and disassembly. After the blades are formed, they undergo a large torque balance test to ensure that they meet the design requirements.
6, External Oil Level Gauge:
The external oil level gauge consists of two pipes. The air pipe is drawn from the top cover of the reducer for ventilation; the oil pipe is drawn from the bottom of the reducer to observe the oil level.
